Our rental services are available from 8am–6pm, Monday through Sunday.

We currently do not have a physical location.

Yes, the minimum rental period is 1 hour.

Yes, we always deliver and set up the equipment for you.
7. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 1 week in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 1 week in advance may incur a fee.
8. How do I pay for my rental?
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards. Payment is due at the time of reservation.
9. What if the equipment is damaged during my event?
If any equipment is damaged, please notify us immediately. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
10. Can I extend my rental period?
Yes, you can extend your rental period, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an extension.
